Meet the speaker: Rhonda Rousch

Rhonda received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and has over thirty years of Human Resource and Organizational Development experience. Prior to going into consulting, her organizational redesign capabilities were expanded when she worked for Rockwell International, Harley-Davidson, and Simmons Bedding Company, each for a period of five years. In 2000, Rhonda and her husband began attending Franklin Heights Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, Va., fell in love with the area and decided to stay. She has been involved in Precepts for the past 18 yrs., as a student and a learning facilitator. In addition, she is the Director of Women’s Ministry and co-teaches a Connect Group. One of her favorite parts of the Bible to study is Revelation.
